On delivery, check product names, specifications, quantities and identification against the order and packing list. Inspect for transport deformation, damage, corrosion and missing accessories.
For ducts and fittings, check dimensions and connections. For dampers, check installation direction, access, actuators and documents. For air outlets, check face and neck dimensions, finish and mounting accessories.
If a problem is found, keep product labels, packaging, overview photos and close-up photos. Record the system position and order details. Installation and functional checks should follow the design documents and product instructions with the relevant project personnel.
